I spied these on thefashionpolice.net from the Aminaka Wilmont show at London Fashion Week.

There is nothing to like about them, they're seriously impractical, look ridiculously uncomfortable (both of these points I have overlooked in the past to purchase shoes), but the kicker is that they are just hideous! And look at the models toes as she tries to balance!

Ugh I say! Ugh!!

From Good Deed to Materialistic

Ok, now to digress for my good deed for the day to posting the loves of my life :P

These are verrrry old so you'll have to excuse the marks from being drunkenly stepped on / drunken trekking / wearing them to work etc because I LOVE these and I wear them heaps!

They're really comfortable, heaps of fun and they just make my day a bit brighter! :)

As they are almost falling apart I'm currently on the hunt for another pair of bright yellow heels haha, not an easy feat let me tell you :)

Good Deed for the Day

Well I'm doing my good deed for the day :)

I went to the Pink Ribbon website about a week ago and ordered a FREE merchandise pack to display at work to try to raise money :)

They actually have the cutest stuff this year the $10 pink with pink diamantes is my favourite and I'm hoping everyone at my work digs deep and I sell it all :)

They also have the obligatory wristbands (which I also bought one of today as it goes with my outfit haha) and cheaper pins.

Vintage Boots

My amazzzzing friend and I took photos of all of my shoes over the weekend so I'm not sorting through them so I can put them up :)

These boots I actually got off eBay they're vintage Jane West and the first day I bought them I got TWO compliments from strangers haha. That's how I gauge how good something is :)

They're super comfortable and about half a size too big so I wear my Dads work socks with them!!

Ice: What could it do for you

Haha and by ice I mean the innocent water-made type :)

With the help of my 'just as unproductive' friends I've found a couple of different ice cube designs :) My favourite is the gin and titonic because I'm a big gin and tonic drinker (yes I'm also secretly 60) :P

But I also love the frozen shot glasses and the wand :) I'm into crap like that!

Mistral's Daughter

One of my all time favourite novels is Mistral's Daughter by Judith Krantz.

It's the story of 3 generations of gorgeous red heads and one man that connects them all, a French painter - Julien Mistral.

It's trashy fiction but it's exceptionally vivid and so easy to get lost in I highly recommend it :)

New skirt!

I just recently bought this high waisted skirt but already have plans to modify it :)

I'm going to remove the braces, I've never been a big fan of braces, unless they're for dress up then the brighter or sparklier the better haha!

Cute New Shoes!

I just recently got these cute little black suede shoes with gold bows on the back!

They aren't very high and they're so cute and comfortable!

I wore them to work for the first time the other day and spent most of the day looking at my feet from different angles haha! :) Very productive!

The Velveteen Rabbit

I'm a big reader. I've always been a reader since I was little it's quite nerdy I've been known to sit with my whole family while they watch the football with my nose buried in a book :)

One of my all time favourite childrens books (I promise I have moved on from childrens books) is The Velveteen Rabbit.

I know this is an old pic but I love the outfit Christina Ricci wore to the Costume Institute Gala at the Met this year.

I am a huge fan of hers and I think it's probably one of the only truly 'different' dresses I've seen in a long time :)

Latest Shoe Purchase

My latest shoe purchase has to be one of my favs!!

My first ever pair of Christian Louboutins.

I adore these shoes but alas my budget doesn't usually (well really, it doesn't I stretched for these!) allow me to indulge!

Everything they say about Louboutins is true they are not only gorgeous but they're so comfortable, something about the way they're made makes them feel like no other shoe I've ever worn they're great! :)

Maiden Post

Well hello!

I have just created my first ever blog and am now putting together my first ever post!

Don't have my digital camera just yet, I plan on posting pics of my collection of shoes, any new purchases, day to day events and anything fun that I feel like sharing :)
